My Car - The Mazda 6i Sports Edition

I bought this car back in June 2005. Its been 5 years now .. and running like new!! I have just completed 50,000 miles driving across Washington, Oregon and California.

My neighbor, Joe helped me mod stereo with an IPhone connector, and now I have ALL my music when me on the road!

My Bike - The Yamaha RX 100

My Father bought me this bike in 1996. It has seen almost every corner of Bangalore .. and I know the whole band has one story or the other on that bike. This was the notorious Gugarat Bike, that I took me forever to regerster in Karnataka. At one point, the stupid police came and confiscated the bike like heros stating it might have been one of a number of stolen bikes from Gugarat. When they heard that my Aunt was Chief Secratory of Karnataka, they came crawling back on their knees and filled a full tank of gas for me .. Free! I spent Rs. 11,000 restoring it to perfection.

I also had my first BIG accident on this bike when I as launched off the bike in 'Superman' style and was bedridden with 8 stitches to my Chin.

My First Car in India - The Maruti 800

I bought my first car in the year 2001 and had it the day i left India in 2003. I had the Mixed Fruit Jam logo at the back and the name in front. Lots of great trips in that wonder car. I still cant imagine how we transported a drum kit, two guitars amps and keyboards, all in that one car! I sometimes wonder who the current owner is?? hmmm ...

My First Car in USA - The Toyota Corolla

This work horse was bought in 2004 when I was a student at USC, los Angeles. It was the ONLY vehicle that I sold at a higher price that I bought it for :-) .. it was the most pleasant experience, especially after being trapped as a student in Downtown Los Angeles for a whole year.
